as a prepositional attribute, the adjective remains always in the
singular:

When an adjective is attached to a
verb
(a predicative complement), the adjective also changes the number
depending on the number of the
noun
ის არის ლამაზი // ის ლამაზი არის // ის ლამაზია.

She is beautiful
ისინი არიან ლამაზები // ისინი ლამაზები არიან.
isini arian lamaz-eb-i
[They are beautiful-Plural-Nominative]
