When pronouncing the consonant 'f', a big volume of air coming out of the lungs is pressed in the vocal cords and bursts open the air-passage tightly closed by the upper and lower lips. The upper part of the tongue is tense, the front and the middle parts are directed downwards. The tip of the tongue is slightly retracted from the front teeth and the back part is raised upwards. The physiological peculiarity of pronouncing the consonant 'f' is characterized by a narrow opening of vocal cords.

The letter written or typed in this way is called pari.

It is traced out with one movement of the hand and is written between the three lower lines: movement of the hand begins below the upper middle line, goes upwards drawing a full circle from left to right between the upper and lower middle lines, next to it, from right to left drawing an open circle; the movement continues downwards, bow-shaped and ends between the lower and lower middle lines by drawing a semicircle, with a tip slightly rounded to the right.
